Fall 2025 Youth Fishing Club
Held every Sunday morning on both Lake Hopatcong and Greenwood Lake
We are thrilled to reunite and continue to grow our incredible network of young New Jersey anglers via our Fall 2025 Youth Fishing Club! We have now done 3 years of youth camps and two years of our youth club. Over the years, these youth programs have brought together hundreds of awesome and passionate young anglers - most of which have become close friends and lifelong fishing buddies. We LOVE that! And this is our way of continuing their fishing and friendships into the future!
Our goal is to provide a safe, fun, and educational fishing experience to all who attend. We strongly push the importance of fishing buddies, on-the-water etiquette, and positive comradery among all of us onboard. In a nutshell, we want them to learn/become better anglers, have fun/grow their love for the sport, and make meaningful friendships/fishing buddies along the way! See below for details:
WHO: Anglers ages 9 - 17 with fishing experience.
WHEN: Sunday mornings from 8:00 am - 12:00 pm, running consecutively from 10/5 - 11/23. Sign up for one date, all dates, or anything in between.

10/19/25
10/26/25
11/2/25
11/9/25
11/16/25
WHERE: We are hosting weekly youth fishing club outings on both Lake Hopatcong (Lakeview Marina and/or Prospect Point Boat Yard) and Greenwood Lake (Greenwood Lake Marina).
THE BOATS:
Lake Hopatcong: Outings with 8 or less anglers will fish from our 24' fishing pontoon (Prospect Point Boat Yard). 9 - 16 attendees and we will fish from our massive 32' x 12' “Fishin-Tiki” (pictured above)! So spread the word and bring your friends for an incredibly unique and cool fishing experience!
Greenwood Lake: All fishing will take place from our giant 34' double-decker fishing pontoon (pictured below). Maximum of 14 anglers.
THE GUIDES: Smaller groups will have 1 or 2 members of our professional guide-staff onboard. All trips over 8 are captained by two or 3 members of our staff. Our staff is there to teach, guide, and provide a fun and safe fishing environment.
WHAT'S INCLUDED: All rods/reels, bait, tackle, and life jackets. Participants do not need to bring any fishing gear. We recommend using our gear as too many rods will clutter the boat and large tackle boxes packed with lures typically end up being a distraction.
WHAT TO BRING: Eye protection (sunglasses and hat are highly recommended for safety reasons). Water/snacks. While not recommended, we do allow each angler to bring one rod and one smaller tackle box if they have solid gear and baits that make sense to use. Dress appropriately and in layers. Warm footwear.
PRICE: Cost is $150 per child, per outing.
REGISTRATION: Spots are limited. You must reserve your spot in advance - first come, first serve. Questions or registration inquiries, please email "LHGScamps@gmail.com"
ALTERNATE DAYS: We would like to offer another time/day for those who are unable to make Sunday mornings. If you are interested in attending but unable to make Sunday mornings, please advise on times/days that would work for your schedule. We will use this feedback to provide alternate dates if there is enough interest.
